Terrain Vagues in Cleveland are silently inspiring, simultaneously inspiringly silent.
They have the capacity to narrate, as well as the patience to listen.
They are stagnate in the process of urban development and constantly open to interpret.
They are the voice into the valley, also registered as echoes from the previous.
They are always conflated with two moments in time and devoid of any.
They are well categorized by the qualities of unpromising yet never clear for any definition.
